How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched (usually 1-3 biz days after purchase) you will receive an email to say your order is on it’s way. This email contains a tracking link to allow you to track your order. If you have any trouble tracking your order or you did not receive an email please contact us and we will get right on it!

How do you process payments? Can I pay with Paypal?

You can pay with a credit/debit card using our Shopify Payments secure gateway, Paypal

How do I return an item for an exchange or refund?

We offer change of mind refunds on any product that hasn’t been personalised within 30 days of receiving it. We don’t charge a restocking fee but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

If you choose to exchange your product we will cover the postage cost of sending out the new product to you after your returned product has safely arrived back to us.

If you are unhappy with the product for any reason or have changed your mind please email me at compassandaperture@gmail.com to exchange or return the item.

Where are your t-shirts made?

Our T-Shirts and Hoodies are made offshore but the screen printing is done in Melbourne.
